What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work at all, for example to remember what is in your basket. Others watch how the site is used or help with advertising.

Under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC we may only store cookies on your device without asking if they are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested. For everything else we need your consent first, and consent must be as easy to refuse as to give.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are set without consent because the shop cannot function without them.

• woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart — remember what you put in your basket. Session.
• wp_woocommerce_session_* — links your browser to your basket and checkout on our server. Two days.
• wordpress_logged_in_* and wp-settings-* — keep you signed in to your account. Session or up to one year.
• __cf_bm — set by Cloudflare to tell human visitors from bots and protect the site. Thirty minutes.

Analytics and marketing cookies

These are not necessary for the shop to work. They may only be set after you have agreed to them.

• sbjs_first, sbjs_current, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_session, sbjs_udata, sbjs_migrations — set by the order attribution feature of our shop software to record which website, search or campaign brought you here. Six months.
• _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit, _scc_session — set by our hosting provider GoDaddy to count visits and measure conversions. Up to two years.

Other things loaded from third parties

• Fonts are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google servers when a page opens. We are moving these fonts onto our own server so that stops happening.
• Images and site assets are served by our hosting provider from wsimg.com and secureserver.net.

How to refuse or withdraw

Once the consent banner is live you will be able to accept or refuse each category, and to change your mind later from the same banner. Refusing anything other than the strictly necessary cookies will not stop you from browsing or ordering.

Independently of that, every browser lets you block or delete cookies. In Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge the setting is under Privacy. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will break the basket and the checkout.
